Mind Body Balance Sessions are tailored to your specific needs. Dr. Hailey specializes in a multitude of techniques to resolve stressors, break patterns, and restore balance.
In your first session with Dr. Hailey, you will discuss your needs, goals, struggles, and concerns. She will give you her recommendations on number and frequency of sessions, and then the balancing will begin. As you breakthrough barriers and resolve old traumas, you will be empowered by your new-found balance.

If this is your first mind body session with Dr. Hailey, please book for a 60 minute One-On-One session. Based on your goals, Dr. Hailey will recommend further sessions at 15 minute. 30 minute, or 60 minute time frames.
